The job

When an answer gives you a number, you want to see where it came from and open the record, so you can check it before you act.

What changed

• ChartsAsk for a chart — "chart ticket counts by plant for the last 7 days" — and you get a rendered visual you can ask follow-up questions about.
• Answers show their workReplies now cite the records behind them, so you can see which orders, tickets, or customers a number came from.
• Those names are linksClick a cited record to open it in Dispatch. Orders go straight to the order's detail page, and links now open in the right place instead of dropping you at the wrong screen.
• Background answers tell you when they're doneHeavier questions keep running if you move on, and you get a notification the moment the answer is ready.

Why

A chart or a count without the records behind it is hard to use on a live board. A long answer that finishes after you have moved on should not disappear.

Impact

Ask for a chart, or follow a cited name into Dispatch. You do not change how you ask. Heavier questions can finish after you move on, and you are told when the answer is ready.

Still true

The Analyst reads from your operational data warehouse, so figures can lag the live screen by a short interval — verify on the record before acting. It cannot hold, void, or change anything.

Rate the answers in the panel, and tell us when a number looks wrong. That feedback is what sets the next release.
